Green Roof, Lovel Livingstone

We were asked to create a bespoke green roof nestled in between two tiled, pitched roofs. The roof had to include an open section for an open courtyard below, solar panels and structural steel legs for a retractable skylight to follow later.

We managed to produce an amazing one-off roof to the clients exacting requirements. We first provided a completely water tight high performance EPDM rubber roof to keep the property water tight, we then fitted to pitched tiles roofs and installed Velux skylights and finished the whole roof off with a beautiful nature friendly Sedum Green Roof. The end result was a stunning bespoke roof that will last the test of time and weather but also provides wildlife and nature with a fascinating eco system on top of the property.

Balcony and Storage area, North Marston

We were asked to create a water tight flat roof for storage area underneath with brand new balcony area on top of the flat roof.

The balcony had to include maintenance free composite decking and an almost invisible toughened glass balustrade to allow plenty. of light into the room. We managed to produce not only a water tight storage area but also a stunning balcony which is now a feature space of the garden.

The composite decking means that the balcony will not rot and will also be maintenance free with no colour fading after time. The tough glass balustrade provides an almost invisible border so that the balcony does not feel sectioned off to the rest of the garden.
