Yes a new warm lay flat roof is extremely energy efficient as the EPDM rubber is laid on 150mm thermal insulation board retaining heat into your home.

No we can arrange all the scaffold within the job estimate for all works. We have a close work relationship with a scaffold firm so liaise with them for start and finish times on the job so you have scaffold up for minimal time as possible.
